Bonilla, M.D. completed two years of general surgery residency training at the State University of New York in Buffalo, N.Y. and completed three more years of residency training in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck surgery also in Buffalo. He continued his advanced training in Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat surgery by completing a one year fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology - Head & Neck surgery at the prestigious Boston Children's Hospital associated with Harvard Medical School. Donald Moe, M.D. completed a one year internal medicine internship Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and completed four more years of residency training in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck surgery also in Honolulu. Rose C. Stavinoha, M.D. completed a one year general surgery internship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and completed four more years of residency training in Otolaryngology Head & Neck surgery also in Tampa, FL. She continued her advanced training in Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat surgery by completing a one year fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology Head & Neck surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD which is ranked the #1 Ear, Nose & Throat Department in the country by US News and World Reports. Dr. Stavinoha is board certified and has special interests in airway reconstruction as well as the treatment of congenital anomalies and benign or malignant tumors of the head and neck.
